To support our employees in achieving this balance, we offer a comprehensive Paid Time Off (PTO) policy designed to provide ample time away from work.
Our standard PTO allocation is 25 days per year for all employees. This generous amount of time allows team members to take vacations, handle personal affairs, recover from illness, or simply take a break to maintain their health and happiness.
In addition to the base PTO days, Sushi Telecom rewards employee loyalty and tenure by granting one additional bonus PTO day for every full year of continuous employment. This means that for each year you remain with the company, you will earn an extra day of PTO, allowing you to accumulate more time off as you grow with the organization.
However, to maintain a balanced and manageable PTO system, there is a maximum cap on the total number of PTO days an employee can accrue. The total PTO, including the base 25 days plus any bonus days earned through years of service, cannot exceed 30 days in any given year. This cap ensures fairness and consistency across the company while still providing ample time off for long-term employees.
